GOAL.

To manage a process of designing a new app to market. Story boarding design's & user flow's from observing user actions, later we clarified to the team's the designer observations so to become more user-centric and aesthetically pleasing.

Wire frame & flow diagram.

Part of my responsibilities would be to wire frame and managing the planning of calendar events keeping IT updated on what we planned in the schedule to go live in the future and what may change UI wise. Working with the head of marketing to fully engage the onboarding of new players as we wanted to gain different perspectives.

Affinity diagram.

Other tasks included supporting the IT staff "Overseas" who maintained the 24-hour live stream app. Editing live content for marketing purposes, creating engaging Affinity diagrams for the IT Debt, Interpret quantitative and qualitative data so to understand design problems and suggest solutions to development team.

User Interface.

I was also tasked with the responsibility to regulate different UI for different cameras as clients would some time gets confused on what seat was taken, seen here in green. Later record my findings, edit them and report back to head of visual on how I suggested moving the product into new markets.

Usability testing.

This was my main responsibility, To conduct as much usability test's as possible on players in the live setting. Then to visualize that feed back and information to my manager and rest of staff in a visual format. Which would affect the delivery of digital content which was of high quality Motion Graphics to be used by the development team.

Intergrating Backgrounds with UX.

After successfully designing the UX with Motion in mind to become more user-centric and aesthetically pleasing for users. Results found viewers engaged longer with the dealer, this evolved while watching behaviours of users and drawing, my main task to discover better key features and experiences with integration of moving backgrounds and environments.
