GOAL.

Promote the RSA Severe weather website page, increase following and engagement across all social media platforms, using Video and Infographic's to increase outreach both within and outside the RSA followers.

Problem Statement.

After researching information from our user interviews and discussing within RSA team while also getting feedback from our producers, we framed our problem statement: How might we help RSA create an ideal explainer video experience around severe weather.

Story boarding.

Part of my plan was to build user flow diagrams to established goals for the project to improve the overall user experience: easy to read Graphics -replace drop down menu, attention grabbing landing ad, improve aesthetics and prompt user to watch videos regarding severe weather safety

Constraints & Requirements.

Must feature a branding font, typography (colours, fonts, and layout) is the primary art direction for the event. Final deliverable is a Video for website pushing RSA brand on weather guidelines, which would end up being a one spot colour on live action using green screens.

Website UI.

We introduced the layout in order to provide a central place for a user to go from when starting their RSA journey on the website. The short video's explains how the road safety process works, again to reinforce the information we are trying to convey, but this time in the form of video, for severe weather.

User experience.

We decided to introduce friendly illustrations that would support the questions. We chose illustrations over pictures because they’re timeless and reflect emotional sentimentality of memories that are often not as deliberate and certain as a photograph.
